Naeem Noordin is a seasoned clinical research leader with over 25 years of international experience spanning early-phase clinical trials, senior operational leadership, regulatory advisory, and workforce capability development. With a background in pharmacokinetics and hands-on experience in Phase I clinical trial units, he has held senior roles including Head of Clinical Operations and Head of Learning & Development, and has worked closely with Ministries of Health and healthcare institutions to develop clinical trial regulations, governance frameworks, and research infrastructure. Naeem is the Founder and CEO of Siara Limited (UK) and Siara Consultancy FZ LLC (UAE), delivering regulator-grade consultancy and ICH GCP training to investigators, ethics committees, sponsors, and healthcare systems globally. Having lived and worked across the US, Asia, the UK, and the UAE, he brings a uniquely global, practical, and implementation-focused perspective to advancing clinical research excellence.
