Dr Jawad Gill (Chief Executive Officer)
Dr Gill brings over 26 years of experience at leading Pharma and CRO companies across Pakistan, APAC, AME, and CIS. He is a medical graduate, and his expertise covers several facets of clinical research including Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance & Compliance, Medical Monitoring, and Training. Over his career, he has successfully led global teams in various functions.
Beginning his career as a CRA at GSK in 1998 he steadily progressed to positions of greater responsibility, eventually becoming Country Head of Clinical Research (Pakistan). During this period, he worked on Phase II – IV clinical trials in Oncology, Respiratory, Dermatology, Urology, Infectious Diseases, Immunology, Psychiatry, Rheumatology and Cardiovascular (also including investigator-initiated studies, epidemiological and non-interventional studies and studies involving devices).
Eventually he moved on to GSK Singapore as Clinical Research, Quality and Training Manager, where he managed teams across Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and Central Asian regions. During this time, he developed, trained, and led Clinical Operations country teams in Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
In his most recent role at Fortrea (previously known as Covance) Singapore as Head of Clinical QA&C he managed Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand, leading a team of auditors conducting Investigator Site Audits, Process Audits, Vendor Qualification Audits, and supporting Client Audits and Regulatory Inspections.
Dr Gill has held leadership positions in various functions, organizations, and regions and has developed, trained, and led several teams simultaneously. Overall, he has been actively involved in more than 150 clinical studies with different phases, designs, and complexities. He has conducted trainings for clinical research professionals and investigators in Pakistan, China, Taiwan, Philippines, S. Korea, S. Africa, Thailand, Vietnam, and several other countries. He has been involved in the formulation of clinical research guidelines and regulations in some developing countries.

Kafait Ahmad (VP, Clinical Operations)
Mr Ahmad brings over 15 years of clinical research experience having held a wide variety of leadership roles within Pharma Companies & CROs and has detailed experience of directing global clinical trials across phases I-IV.
He is Skilled in Team management, Project Management, Oncology, Clinical Data Management, and Clinical Monitoring with a Master’s in Clinical Research from University of South Wales.

Mr Iqbal is an Actuary who has worked with various Insurance firms in the UK over the last 12 years. He has extensive experience of statistical analysis, risk management and has a special interest in Clinical Research.

Mr. Steven Bukvic (Global Head of Business Development)
Mr. Steven Bukvic graduated from Coventry University in 1982 with a degree in Applied Biology. After serving in the commercial sector of the UK motor industry for 8 years, Steven joined the Pharmaceutical Industry in 1990. For the next 33 years Steven’s career in the Pharmaceutical / CRO sectors has covered a broad range of disciplines within the field of clinical research, including clinical site monitoring, project management, pharmacovigilance, training, QA and business operations. Steven has worked in Covance, GSK, MSD and Pfizer to name just a few of the multi-national companies in his career. Steven was instrumental in establishing a CRO in Asia as well as successfully building the ACROSS Global CRO Alliance. He has also had extensive geographical exposure having worked in the UK, US, Germany, China and the Russian Federation. Steven is an active consulting partner for OrciTrials and has travelled on multiple business trips to Pakistan.

Azam Jafri (Regulatory Manager)
Mr. Azam Jafri is a highly seasoned professional with an extensive career spanning approximately 20 years in the healthcare industry. He has amassed a wealth of experience through his work in multiple countries across Southeast Asia, with a particular emphasis on regions such as Pakistan, Central Asia, the Far East, Africa, and Europe. His expertise encompasses critical domains, including Sales, where he has demonstrated a remarkable ability to cultivate and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders. In Marketing, his proficiency in devising and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility and market presence. Furthermore, in Business Development, consistently identifying growth opportunities & establishing strategic partnerships. His competence extends to Regulatory Affairs, where he has displayed a deep understanding of the intricate regulatory landscape, ensuring compliance and the efficient operation of healthcare initiatives.

Yvonne Li (Quality Assurance Auditor)
Ms. Li, a Quality Assurance Professional, holds extensive experience of 18 years in Clinical Research and Auditing services compliant to GCP. Her specialty lies in Risk Management, Vendor Management and Performance Management. She has worked with multiple CROs across the globe to deliver quality compliant services in Singapore, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, and Australia.

Brian K Norton (Business Development Director)
Brian has more than 17 years of clinical trial experience. Brian founded ClinTrial Networks (CTN) in 2007 and has leveraged both his business and extensive clinical trial experience and created a network of dedicated research sites worldwide. Brian has the ability to support Phase I to Phase IV research programs covering a wide range of medical and psychiatric indications.
Brian currently serves as the Business Development Director for OrciTrials. The advantages of Brian’s trial sites are they have large clinical practices with sufficient patients to meet enrollment goals. This is a very key component for patient recruitment and retention. In addition to Brian’s role as BD Director, sponsors and CROs seek Brian out to locate quality sites saving less time and money for the sponsor. Brian’s sites are located throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, U.K., Spain, Russia, New Zealand and Australia.

Naeem Noordin (Non-executive Director)
Naeem Noordin, driven by an insatiable curiosity and commitment to excellence, embarked on a remarkable journey in clinical research over his 25-year career. His passion for science led him to specialize in pharmacokinetics and early Phase I clinical trials, forming a solid foundation for his future contributions. Rising swiftly to senior positions such as Head of Clinical Operations and Head of Learning and Development, Naeem demonstrated exceptional leadership and talent nurturing skills. He has collaborated with health ministries worldwide to develop and refine clinical trial regulations, enhancing global standards. Committed to continuous learning, he offers cutting-edge ICH GCP and clinical development related training and consultancy, fostering industry excellence. In 2013, he founded Siara Limited in London and later expanded to the UAE with Siara Consultancy FZ LLC, showcasing his visionary leadership and global reach. Naeem’s diverse experiences from living and working in the US, Asia, and the UK have enriched his innovative approach and understanding of global clinical research environments. His legacy is marked by his dedication to excellence, innovation, and global collaboration, inspiring researchers and professionals worldwide.
